Chris Rock’s Comedy Act Upstaged By Nick & Jess

The New York Post reports Chris Rock tuned up for the Oscar hosting gig by doing five unannounced shows at the Laugh Factory in Hollywood. Rock was a big hit with the crowds each time except for one set on Saturday, when Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey of 98 Degrees were in the balcony making out. With the audiences attention on the ‘Newlyweds’ stars, Rock got ticked off and told the tabloid magnets: “That’s distracting. If I fu** up the Oscars, I’m blaming it on you two!”
