WENN reports Christina Aguilera’s trainer Ashley Borden says the singer is deliberately loading up on carbohydrate-laden foods to give her more energy for when she hits the road with *NSYNC star Justin Timberlake this summer. Borden, who says Aguilera was “underfed” before her recent diet changes, explains, “This is the first time in her life she’s considered nutrition. We started incorporating better nutrition so Christina has more stamina when she’s dancing. Some people think being skinny is all that matters, but tours are like an athletic competition.” He added, “Christina likes having a tush; she likes having legs. If you’re pencil-thin, at some point your body’s going to change, and everyone’s going to notice.”
