Christina Aguilera Is Going ‘Futuristic’ On Upcoming Album

Christina Aguilera tells Rolling Stone she’s planning her next album to be “futuristic”, and will team with Sia Furler, Goldfrapp and Ladytron on the effort. “There’s no holds barred for anything,” the 27-year-old said. “It’s really the future and can go anywhere. It’s exciting to challenge myself in that way and explore.”

Aguilera said she expects to team up with Sia in January. “Her voice has a really cool sound to it. It’s really gritty and unique,” Aguilera explained. “I’m not exactly sure what we’re going to get when we go into a studio together. There’s probably magic to be had.” Read more.
