Kelly Osbourne was photographed stepping out in a pae blue T-shirt with Christina Aguilera’s face printed on it. The caption underneath the photo read ‘Xtina is my hoodrat’. According to urbandictionary.com, a ‘hoodrat’ is a “teenage girl who is oversexually active, and tries to have sex with every teen male in the neighborhood. they are hated by other females for the attention they receive – basically dirty nasty hoe with no morals.”
