Christina Aguilera Learns Growing Up Is More Than Removing Clothes

Greg Kot of the Chicago Tribune reviewed Christina Aguilera’s new album ‘Stripped’ advising listeners to not judge the album by its first release ‘Dirrty’. Kot said, “What’s encouraging is that Aguilera has figured out that growing up means more than just liberating her body of clothes. It means freeing her songwriting and production of commercial formula. And about half the time on the uneven but ultimately fascinating ‘Stripped,’ she succeeds. Now, all she needs to be taken seriously is to get rid of those skanky leather chaps.”
