Christina Aguilera Unselfish & Inventive Playing The Hits

George Palathingal of the Sydney Morning Herald reviewed Christina Aguilera’s concert at the Entertainment Centre on Monday (December 8). Palathingal writes, “There’s no fat in its 80 or so minutes: when Aguilera leaves the stage, it’s always for a costume change and she quickly returns. No time is wasted introducing the solid band – tucked away under the stage’s shiny scaffold – leaving plenty of space for the dancers and the star, who has the poise and confidence to hold audience attention even when she’s out there on her own, belting out a power ballad while the dancers rest. Thankfully, Aguilera is unselfish and inventive when it comes to playing the hits.” Read more.
