Popdirt.com’s previous poll asking which female pop star was best dressed at the 2003 Video Music Awards saw Christina Aguilera edge Britney Spears 36.6% to 31.8%. Kelly Osbourne received the fewest votes, with only 0.65%.
Our latest poll focuses on the inability in the post ’80s pop world of any non-U.S./Canada musical act to find any major success in America, despite U.S. artists repeatedly finding success overseas. Is it a cultural bias or is it because record companies are simply too afraid to spend the money promoting these international acts?
That whole look was so beautiful, glamorous and stunning, she can kick Tyra Banks, Kate Moss and Cindy Crawford’s asses.
I know Christina is famous for her weird, outrageous and strange outfits that get her on all the worst dressed lists.. but you must admit that the hot pink feather dress was absolutely stunning.. it was different but not too outrageous at the same time.. it was just gorgeous and it’s no surprise that she won this poll.. barely anybody saw Britney spears…..how could people even vote for her when half the people don’t even know what she wore…. anyways….it was obvious that Christina would get best dressed….she stood out the most and was the most original dresser there. stylish and creative. it suited her personality too. go xtina!

It’s obvious why she won, all her nymphomaniac, schitzo fans voted repeatedly. Actual fashion experts voted her outfit thumbs down and it’s obvious why, she looked like a fat peacock.
1st of all Christina isn’t fat. Wow now she’s what 115 pounds. Whats skinny to you? 80 pounds? Trust me whoever says she’s fat is probably the one is fat. Probably people who voted for Britney’s outfit liked the outfit she wore performing. The outfit Christina wore was the best outfit she’s worn in a long time. Personally I thought this years outfits worn to the VMA’s weren’t as noticeable like last years. Also I think Ashanti’s outfit was horrible.
