Christina Aguilera’s Announced TV Appearances Cause Confusion

While Christina Aguilera’s official site has added news that the singer is set to host Saturday Night Live this weekend, SNL’s official website has Drew Barrymore tapped to host, with Kelis as musical guest. They also list Aguilera on Wednesday’s ‘Today’, though the NBC show’s website doesn’t list her as a guest either. We do know Aguilera will be on MTV’s Total Request Live on Wednesday, and she’ll be performing the National Anthem at NBA All-Star Game on Sunday (February 15), perhaps with a 7-second delay. Hosting SNL until 1 a.m. Sunday in New York and then travelling across country to perform at the All-Star game later the same day in Los Angeles would seem unlikely.
