Christina Aguilera’s Mother Talks Tabloids & Terror Attacks

Christina Aguilera’s mother Shelly Kearns today posted a new diary entry on her daughter’s official site addressing tabloid reports about her much publicized illness that the tabloids actually picked up off a previous diary entry. Shelly said, “I’d like to clarify that I am in no way, shape or form bedridden or crippled, or unhealthy in the least.” Kearns added, “What is disturbing is that even the more respectable media ran with this rumor, without any of them ever picking up a phone to call us to try to verify the story.” Shelly also talked about her thoughts on September 11 and how the world reacted to the tragedy.
