Just because Christina Aguilera and Justin Timberlake is making mature music for an older crowd doesn’t mean that kids can’t listen to it. The music is mature but not mature to the point where kids won’t enjoy the music.

she appeals to kids and adults, but only aims at adults. unlike Britney who only aims and appeals to kids, which is why she always goes to the kids choice awards.
