Victoria Beckham’s husband allegedly had a string of affairs – but that hasn’t helped the former Spice Girl gain sympathy from Spanish soccer players’ wives. Mamen Sanchez, wife of Beckham’s Real Madrid team-mate Raul said, “Well, if it was me, I’d be there for my husband and live wherever he was. It’s dangerous. David is so charming, his smile just wins you over. But Victoria is more distant.” A club insider argued, “I think Mamen’s nose has been put a little out of joint. It’s pure jealousy. Suddenly, she and Raul are not top billing as far as TV and magazines are concerned.
