The Philadelphia Daily News reports ‘American Idol’ runner-up Clay Aiken and a lady friend entered Pastrami & Things for lunch on Monday (September 8). He had chili and juice followed by Danish while the woman scarfed a roast beef sandwich and a Snapple. Several people shook his hand, one said he was better than the show’s champ Ruben Studdard. Clay responded, “He’s coming in next.”
