Cody Linley addressed rumors that he is dating Miley Cyrus in a video clip at Popstar! Magazine's YouTube channel. "Miley is just my friend," Linley insisted. "I just want to clear up some of the recent rumors. You know there's been all these 'scandalous photos' of us all driving around, just hanging out.
