Colin Farrell Didn’t ‘Plot’ Britney Spears Going To Movie Premiere

Colin Farrell’s latest comments in regards to his hook-up with Britney Spears at the premiere of ‘The Recruit’ were made to Launch.com. In response to whether his grand red carpet entrance was part of some big plan, Farrell said, “I’m such a fu**in’ idiot that I don’t think of the next step. I mean, people will go, ‘Yeah, you little liar. You fu**in’ planned that,’ and I fu**in’ didn’t. I was sitting in a hotel lobby with 30 of my family and friends and her and a few of her friends, and we’re all having drinks and then there’s five stretch limos outside and we all pack into them and everything’s dandy. And then we go up there and as soon as I stepped out of the limo (snaps), ‘Of course,’ but I hadn’t given it a second fu**in’ thought. I hadn’t given it a second thought–I really hadn’t. But as soon as I stepped out, I went, ‘Oh, yeah, OK.’ And then I went, ‘sh**.’ And then I said to her, I said, ‘We’re asking for fu**in’ trouble here.’ And that was it, but we’re not dating. She’s a sweet, sweet girl. There’s nothing going on–just mates.”
