Columbus Sets Sail On Britney Spears’ Ocean

I work at Starbucks in NYC (Manhattan), and this morning Britney Spears walked in with Columbus Short (yes, I knew who he was) and some girl I didnt recognize. At first they were all calm, ordering their drinks (two venti fraps[caramel and vanilla creme] and a grande hot chocolate), but as they were waiting for the orders to come up, they started horsing around. Columbus apparently grabbed the hat Britney was wearing and was tossing it around. I was trying to pay attention to my customer, but of course, I was watching Britney and her friends. Britney started laughing and trying to grab it, calling him names but not in a serious way. When he wouldnt give it back, she started pouting. The words that really stuck in my head was when she said ‘Babe, give it to me.’ She kept calling him ‘Babe’ and ‘Sweetie’… but I dont know if it was lovey-dovey like because she didnt seem too genuine, just seemed like she was trying to get her hat. I did notice that when they were leaving, he finally gave her the hat back and she slapped his butt–I am guessing in a friendly way.
