Friday night’s episode of ‘Late Night with Conan O’Brien’ featured the host creating and managing a boy band in a bid to make some cash a la Lou Pearlman a decade ago with the Backstreet Boys and *NSYNC. Check out Dudez-A-Plenti going through the pop manufacturing process under Conan’s strict supervision before performing before the ‘Late Night’ audience.

Update: Conan ran a similar skit with the same band name in 2001 featuring a cameo by then *NSYNC member Lance Bass.
