June 13, 2006 – Roger Friedman of FoxNews.com obtained four photos of Michael from sources close to the singer which show him in a bathroom at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Lake Las Vegas, Nevada. They were taken at least eight days after his arrest on child molestation charges on November 20, 2003, where Jackson alleged to have been roughed up by sheriffs. Schaffel V Jacko Trial Set To Begin Next Monday

June 12, 2006 – Roger Friedman of FoxNews.com reports that Michael Jackson hopes to defend himself in his court case with former associate F. Marc Schaffel by painting Schaffel as a producer of gay pornography, who doesn’t deserve reimbursement because he’s a “bad man.” Friedman writes, “But regardless of his vocation, Schaffel is known to keep meticulous records of his financial transactions.
