‘Confessions’ Very Emotional For Lindsay Lohan
MTV News spoke with Lindsay Lohan following the taping of her new music video for ‘Confessions of a Broken Heart’, where Lohan, who also directed the video, explained how emotional it was to film the treatment based on her childhood. “I actually did cry at the end [of the song's recording],” she recalled. “It was very emotional. Kara [DioGuardi, who wrote the song with Lohan] kept saying, ‘Do it once more,’ and I was like, ‘I can’t do it!’ and then I broke down and ran into the bathroom and closed the door. A lot of the stuff in the video has happened in my real life. As glamorous as this life looks, it’s not always. I had a lot of personal things going on and my life was out of order. I needed to take control of what was going on. I feel like the past year has been a whirlwind and I’ve just grown up so much.” Read more.
