Jay Leno joked during his Tonight Show monologue on Tuesday night, “Congratulations, Britney Spears had her second baby. Understand her first baby drove them to the hospital. No, she gave birth to a baby boy. She’s fine, the baby’s fine, the husband’s doing nothing.”
