Could Britney Spears Lose Custody Of Kids This Morning?

Roger Friedman of FoxNews.com reports that Gloria Allred is bringing a “secret” witness to court Monday for the custody battle between Britney Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline, who allegedly witnessed drug usage by the singer in her home and in front of her boys Sean Preston and Jayden James. “You may recognize him as we walk into court,” Allred said. “But maybe not. He is not famous. He’s just someone who’s concerned about the kids.” Friedman claims the bombshell means Britney could lose custody of the kids as early as Monday morning. Read more.
