The official court documents for Thomas Smith vs Backstreet Boys and al. have been released onto the Internet. As was reported at the beginning of the year, Tommy Smith, a former member of BSB’s backing band, sued the Backstreet Boys and their record label, alleging that he is a co-writer of ‘The Answer To Our Life,’ and ‘Time,’ and deserves to receive payment for their use on ‘Black and Blue.’
The documents at backstreet.net have since been removed.
