Courtenay Semel & Samantha Ronson Fighting For Lindsay Lohan?

Star magazine hears that Lindsay Lohan is being fought over by Hollywood lesbians Courtenay Semel, 28, and Samantha Ronson, 30. “Sam and Courtenay fight for Lindsay’s attention,” an insider tells told the tabloid. “Both have told her they love her.” Star also cited a fake MySpace message between Lohan and Ronson last year that was debunked.
