In Courtney Love’s new photo-filled diary, ‘Dirty Blonde’, Kurt Cobain’s widow includes an e-mail she sent the teen queen after Lohan claimed Vanity Fair had misquoted her. Love said when the magazine claimed she’d admitted in 1992 to using drugs while pregnant, “I thought the world had split open and was going to swallow me whol.e [sic] and all I wanted to do was kill that woman [writer Lynn Hirschberg]. … I realize now that as hardcore as it was, it made me a lot more interesting and somehow employable.” Lohan e-mailed back, thanking Love for “taking the time to be so curteous [sic] in my situation and these sickofans [sic] that invest in our lives that we work hard for and aspire to have. … Also, my mommy says hello.”
