Jay Leno joked during his Tonight Show monologue on Thursday night, “Today, there is a ruling today in the Anna Nicole Smith case. It’s official. The judge is a whack job. Did you watch this? Did you see the judge start crying? He’s crying. He’s the judge! He’s not supposed to be emotional. I haven’t seen a judge cry like that since Paula Abdul.”
