Creepy Stalker Obsessed With Cheryl Cole
The People reports stalker Barry George, who is on the Sex Offenders’ Register and was cleared of murdering BBC presenter Jill Dando in August, has begun focusing his attention on Girls Aloud star Cheryl Cole. “Barry has become obsessed with Cheryl since she has been on ‘The X Factor’,” a source told the British tabloid. “He thinks she is beautiful. He is desperate to meet her so asked if he could go to the show. The tickets are like gold dust but he begged and begged. It threw staff into a red alert.”
Though the 48-year-old’s ticket request was rejected, the tipster added, “Barry has no qualms about going where he isn’t wanted. He is a self confessed stalker and will go to any lengths to meet someone.” The full story at people.co.uk has since been removed.
