The New York Daliy News reports Jennifer Lopez and Cris Judd are set to file for divorce this week and the settlement proceedings seem to be going quite well. The pair have a deal in place which will split up their marital assets, including a $9.5 million mansion in Miami Beach and an estate in Los Angeles.
