D.A. Charged With Fondling Girl At Hilary Duff Show

The Associated Press reports Monroe County District Attorney Mark Pazuhanich has been charged with fondling a ten-year-old girl at a Hilary Duff concert. Police say 47-year-old Pazuhanich groped the girl while the two were sitting in adjoining seats at a Duff’s November 29th show in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. He faces two counts of indecent assault, one count of corrupting the morals of a minor, public drunkenness and one count of endangering the welfare of a child. Republican Pazuhanich defeated a Democrat and a write-in candidate in the November race for a Monroe County judgeship.
