The skimpy costumes in ‘The Dukes of Hazzard’ took some getting used to for Jessica Simpson, particularly the sexy short-shorts and revealing tops for which Daisy Duke is known. Though Simpson has used her sex appeal as a pop star, playing a character that manipulates men to get what she wants felt completely odd, she tells columnist Angela Dawson. “I don’t think I can get whatever I want because I would be way too shy to drop a jacket and have only a bikini on underneath,” she notes. “That’s just not me.”
