Daisy Sends Jessica Simpson To The ER

A source tells The National Enquirer that Jessica Simpson was scratched badly enough by her Maltese poodle Daisy to require seven stitches on Sunday in Santa Fe, New Mexico. “It was a clean gash to the left eye, and there was a bit of blood,” the insider revealed, “but luckily it was quickly fixed. It was a pure accident when Daisy’s claw caught Jessica above the eye” during some roughhousing. After the ‘Employee of the Month’ star’s visit to the emergency room, the source added, “Jessica was in good spirts and more worried about how the scar might affect filming than anything else.” Her spokesman Rob Shuter said Simpson “did have a scratch, but did not have seven stitches.”
