Dana Parish On ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’, ‘Labor Pains’ Music

Dana Parish updated fans on her blog at MySpace (@danaparish) on Sunday (April 26), talking about a pair of new songs getting some attention on reality TV and a perhaps straight to TV movie. Parish writes:

Got an overwhelming response from having my song, ‘Watch Me Fly’, on the Kardashian show. People blogged about it, posted comments, sent me letters, the Kardashian sis said she just “loves it”… so… it’s now on iTunes. They did me a huge favor and released it with the quickness so I could get it to you fast. Umm… so, why are you still reading this? Maybe you should be on iTunes posting a comment and perhaps coughing up the buck?? C’mon people. You asked. Plus, it’ll make you feel good. It’s that kinda song. And I don’t write many of those.

Next, I am happy to tell you my song, ‘Let It Go By’, was just placed in a new Linsday Lohan movie called ‘Labor Pains’. I also co-wrote another song in the film with Andy Hollander and Steve Conte from NY Dolls called ‘Mamasita’. Steve sings that one with all his soul. ‘Labor Pains’ comes out soon and you can hear ‘Let It Go By’ on my page or find it on iTunes.
