After guest DJing at LAX, Lindsay Lohan was spotted running to her vehicle. The 20-year-old slipped then yelped after slamming her shin into the step of the waiting SUV. Once inside the vehicle, an embarrassed LiLo ducked to avoid the paparazzi crowded around the scene. Watch footage from TMZ below.
