Brendan James checked in while on tour in Alabama, showing off their temporary tour transportation – a Dodge Ram. Enterprise Car Rentals gave them the truck while their van was being worked on. “We’re in a big pickup truck in Alabama, and I love this moment,” Brendan said.

It is almost here. They guys and I are so stoked!! We just spent all last week rehearsing and workin it out. We are more than ready to get out on the road and show you all a good time. I can’t do all the promotion myself, so the wonderful people at Idolbored and The B.L. Army are stepping in an helping me promote. On the road, I’m going to try and write a tour blog everyday and post it on Idolbored and here, as well as post bulletins announcing our shows.
As of now the tour is going to be starting in New York on the 5th at the Canal Room and finishing on the 16th in South Carolina at The New Brookland Tavern. The show at the Croc Rock, in Allentown has been cancelled. A new show in Connecticut has replaced that date. I’m now playing at The Mohegan Sun Casino. Should be a real fun show. Sorry to you all in Allentown. Catch the Northstar show in Philly if you can.

Jesse McCartney checked in with a video clip from Bubbleque 2008, where the ‘Leavin’ singer enjoyed some barbecuing, played some football, and hung out on the tour with ‘American Idol’ season six winner Jordan Sparks. The barbeque is named avfter Bubbles, who “doesn’t eat meat, cooks a hell of a hot dog and a hamburger, and a steak.” Watch the clip via YouTube below.
Lenka dropped by TV Guide Channel’s mVids recently, talking with host Rosanna Tavarez about adjusting to living in Los Angeles after growing up in Sydney, concentrating on music right now before she resumes her acting career, recording the album in Montreal, Quebec and Woodstock, New York, how her song ‘The Show’ has been featured in Old Navy commercials and ‘Ugly Betty’, and more. Lenka then performed ‘Knock Knock’ and ‘The Show’.
