Hey guys!! Oh my goodness my shows this past weekend were soooo fun!! It was me, Phil Bensen, and Push Play. They were both so great!!

We started in Stuart, FL on Friday night. It was a private event for a middle school down there to raise money for a charity. The kids were really excited and we had a great time! It was my first time performing with my new band so I was a little nervous but… it went great!! My sister was on backgrounds and she did fantastic also. We were off to Tampa the next night for the show at The Orpheum. It was such a cool part of town and such a cool venue.. I mean, my dressing room was a bathroom but.. atleast it was a women’s room this time!! Haha.. the Tampa show was amazzing. The crowd was so excited and energetic.. ahh it was so fun. We didn’t even have sound problems!! haha.. My Aunt Laura came to the show with her daughters and my grandmother was even able to come! I was so happy to have them there.

They’re the same age as us now, which is a big change for us. We really noticed that on the concert tour. Jaxson said, “She had a laptop stolen at an airport in New York City last week, so we got the police report, reported it to TMZ, but that wasn’t good enough. So we decided to juice it up, and what better way to do that than say possible nude pictures could have been stolen from a laptop? Avenue’s Ross Discusses McFly Tour

Ross Candy of updated fans on the group’s current tour opening for in a posting at their MySpace blog on Tuesday (November 11). Ross tells readers:

Well the McFly tour so far has been absolutely amazing. The reaction from the audience has just been unbelievable – it’s amazing when the lights go down and everyone screams and then we come on and they start screaming even louder!

The first night we were really nervous, but we just got such a buzz when we came off. A lot of the audience knew ‘Last Goodbye’, so that was great to see them singing along. We watched McFly perform for the first time last night in Belfast – normally we have to go straight off after the show, but we were able to stick around that time, and they thanked us on-stage and we got a massive scream!

Jessie Baylin On Life Outside The Real World

Jessie Baylin 'Firesight'

updated fans on her blog at MySpace on Tuesday (November 11), discussing what she’s been missing out on while on the road in support of her debut album ‘You’. The Los Angeles based singer songwriter tells readers:

There are certain things you end up missing when you’re not living in the real world. I’ve missed many a wedding, birthday party, anniversaries, baptisms, family BBQ’s, nights on the couch with popcorn – though I am experiencing some amazing stuff out here on the road, I can’t help but feel like sometimes I am not there for my loved ones… and that pains me in such a way. It’s a sacrifice and it is absolutely worth it, but this past weekend I realized that sometimes you have to make a choice. And also find a way to make it work.

Sally Anthony Reacts To Barack Obama Election Win

updated fans on her blog at MySpace on Tuesday (November 11), which happened to be her birthday. The Indiana pop singer weighed in on Barack Obama’s election victory last week, telling readers:

I just wanna give big ups to Obama!!! I’m beyond thrilled and honored that he’s going to be our 44th President. Most importantly, the first African-American President in US history! It’s about time. Having an African-American daughter myself, that was a proud day for me as well. I hope we get out of this War, because no one wins in a war. I also hope that Obama will bring some light and awareness to what’s going on in Africa. Of course, Darfur is terrible, with the genocide going on there; but all of Africa needs help. Those children need our help. I guess the key word here, is Hope.

Bonnie McKee ‘So Proud’ To See Obama’s Election Win

updated fans on her blog at MySpace on Tuesday (November 11), reacting to the news of Barack Obama has been elected the 44th U.S. President. The American singer songwriter tells readers:

I have always been a fairly political person, and as you may have noticed, pretty liberal. When Bush was elected into office I was too young to vote and I remember feeling powerless and sad, before even knowing the damage he would quickly do to our country. Four years later, I registered to vote and got my voice out there, only to sit at home and watch each state, to my amazement, turn red, drinking the champagne I bought to celebrate his leaving the White House to drown my sorrows instead of toasting the end of four bad years.

This year, when I first heard that Obama was running, I felt a new sense of hope. There was something about him that genuinely inspired me. Sure, he’s good looking and has the sparkliest smile on the planet – but seriously, the way he spoke, even when he stumbled, he always had something to say. I wanted to listen. I wanted to help. I wanted to see what he could do for us, and now I get to find out!

I am so proud to be alive to witness this monumental event. I always heard our parents telling stories about the sixties and how everyone came together and flooded the streets and fought for what they believed in. Now for the first time in my lifetime, I know what it feels like to be a part of something big. I feel like my vote counted, and I am proud of that.

Check out the full post, including her thoughts on California’s Proposition 8 passing and spending election day as a corpse on the set of ‘CSI:NY’ here.
