Lindsay Lohan In Tears Over Fake Gun Scare

checked in with her Twitter followers (@LindsayLohan) after receiving a scare on Sunday (November 1) while in Morocco with her pal Patrick Aufdenkamp. The 23-year-old writes:

Umm-OMFG! I was walking ahead of Patrick with the security guard&some guy was following me, then pulled up in his car&pointed a GUN at me! I was on the phone w/my mum & I screamed and ducked & the guy started laughing & pushed the trigger & it was a fake gun.. I was crying.. he scared me :(

Katelyn Tarver Reflects On Her 20th Birthday

checked in with fans on her blog at MySpace on Monday (November 2), which also happened to be the pop singer’s 20th birthday. Tarver writes:

Hello my friends!! It’s been a while I must say…. I want to go ahead and start off by saying I’m sorry I haven’t been updating as much lately. I’ve just been getting used to living in a new place, getting to know new friends, finding my place in this city…. just really trying to figure out what I’m doing and who I’m growing into… yeah, deep stuff I know… ;)

SO, I figured what better time to catch back up thannn…. ON MY BIRTHDAY!! I’m TWENTY!! If you can’t believe it, I can’t believe it ten times more. It’s weird to think I turned sixteen, FOUR years ago!!? What?!?? It’s truly hard to believe.. which makes me think.. wow– in the short amount of time it took from 16 to 20.. it will take the same short amount of time for me to be 24! then 28! then 32! Ok.. I’ll stop.. Basically, I’m saying my teenage years flew by. FLEW by. As I look back and think on them though.. they were amazing. I was thirteen the year that I really discovered my passion for music and performing. I was on a national TV show singing every week, and it was the greatest thing ever. Little did I know the ride it was going to take me on. And my family! Pursuing a career in entertainment has taken me on many different adventures.

Skye Sweetnam Takes Precautions Over H1N1 Epidemic

checked in with fans to discuss the swine flu after she had to pick her brother up from school because he had a cough. The singer writes on her MySpace:

In the headlines 24/7 is this H1N1 epidemic. I had to pick up my bro from school because the teachers wouldn’t let him stay (even tho it’s only a cough) Everyone is freaking out! But I know a few people who have had H1N1 and gotten over it in a week. Still, I do not want to get sick! So wash your hands and take precautions! Maybe me and my brother went over board but I loved wearing a mask everywhere! Everyone get so scared and doesn’t come near you… (just the way I like it!) jk! haha

The other main precaution you can take is the vaccine obviously! But part of me is creeped out by this story Beautiful Cheerleader Develops Dystonia After Receiving Vaccine and HUNDREDs of more reports discouraging people from taking the shot. Do your own research and make your own decisions. I do have faith in my own immune system. It’s just seems like a sci fi move with long lines of people in line clamering for a vile of some serum to save them from an epidemic. Just freaks me out!

Katharine McPhee Loves All The Songs On ‘Unbroken’

Anthony Jones of Celebrity News Service caught up with in a Q&A, asking the ‘American Idol’ season five runner-up what’s her favorite song on her second album ‘Unbroken’. “I’ve been really connecting with the song ‘Surrender’ that I wrote with Ingrid Michaelson and Marshall Altman,” McPhee responded. “Well, I’m one of the writers so I would hope I’m connected to it. But it’s about wishing you could see yourself the way someone else sees you and loves you. Girls struggle with, and I struggle with, self-appreciation, self-love. That’s probably my favorite song lyrically. But from starting to promote the songs, I think my favorite right now is ‘It’s Not Right’, the first song on the album. I’m having a blast singing the single too, ‘Had It All’, so that’s definitely a top contender. I really truly do love all the songs. That’s a good position to be in, when you love all your music.”

Was running around the room making fun of an ex boyfriend that was on TV, jumped on our couch, rolled my ankle and fell flat on the floor!..

That’s karma for you I guess….. bahahaha. Oh dear.. I hope my foot isn’t broken! :(

Is laying on a couch with an elevated bandaged foot with an ice pack on it, in some SERIOUS pain. Oh maaaan, why is karma such a b!@#$

The best bit, is I was totally trying to impress @Jessicaveronica with my funniness & awesomeness. Massive fail by me. How embarrassing!!!!
