Australian singer Delta Goodrem held the Melbourne Cup as she posed with Melbourne Lord Mayor John So and VRC Chairman Rod Fitzroy during the Melbourne Cup Parade in Swanston Street as part of the Spring Racing Carnival on Monday (November 5) in Melbourne, Australia.
