Delta Goodrem Set For Big Night Out

Brave Delta Goodrem is defying cancer to celebrate her 10 ARIA awards nominations at the Tuesday event. “I’m excited, overwhelmed and a little nervous but I am looking forward to seeing everyone on the night,” Goodrem told The Herald Sun. Her mother Lea says, “I hope Delta wins a couple of ARIAs. It would be really great. But I hope at the end of the year, or early next year, the doctors tell me she is OK. If I had to weigh up having no ARIAs and being told she is well, I would choose her health. That’s coming from a mum. But I do want Delta to enjoy her night out. She deserves it.”
