The Herald Sun reports Delta Goodrem asked Australia’s Supreme Court to outlaw her music clip for ‘Say’, claiming a bad hair defense. That court action, taken almost three years ago, claimed the song, included in Goodrem’s so-called secret album, was unfinished. Goodrem reached an out-of-court settlement with her former record producers on the matter in which it was agreed the track, and others she recorded with producers Trevor Carter and Paul Higgins would not be released. But now, the ‘Say’ video is on YouTube. Read more and watch the clip here.
