Demi Lovato was spotted arriving at her hotel in London, England on Tuesday (April 21), surrounded by fans. Earlier, a fan gave the ‘Sonny with a Chance’ star something for a sore throat after she wrote on her Twitter page:
My throat is on fiiiiiire.
Anyone wanna bring throat stuff to the show tonight? I’ll love you forever…
