The 80th Hollywood Santa Parade and Winterfest featured Demi Lovato on the Disney Radio float on Sunday (November 30), smiling and waving to fans along Hollywood Boulevard. The 'Camp Rock' star was asked by a Hollywood.tv paparazzo if she'd want to go to Millions of Milkshakes, not having any idea what the guy was talking about. Watch footage below.
