Demi Lovato attended the People’s Choice Awards 2010 at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles on Wednesday night (January 6). The ‘Sonny with a Chance’ star wore a short, blue, ruffled Jenny Packham dress. Demi told her Twitter followers (@ddlovato) that evening:
