Deryck Sells Toronto Home To Live With Avril In LA

The Globe and Mail reports that Sum 41 frontman Deryck Whibley recently sold his Toronto home to move to Los Angeles with fellow Canadian transplant, Avril Lavigne. In 2003, Whibley bought the four-bedroom Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired Riverdale home for a $905,000, only to sell it this year for $1,075,000.
