Diana DeGarmo Updates While On ‘OZ: The Musical’ Tour
Diana DeGarmo checked in with fans on her blog at MySpace on Monday (February 16), talking about touring with ‘OZ: The Musical’ and what’s up with her new album. The ‘American Idol’ season three runner-up tells readers:
I am currently living on a bus in Beaumont, TX right now. :) I am out on tour with a wonderful new show called OZ: The Musical. In a nut shell, it’s the 2009, pop-parody version of the Wizard of Oz for the American Idol generation. I play Dorothy! The cast is young, hip, fun, and SUPER talented!!
…And for those of you curious about my record, don’t fret…… I am still working and writing. I have actually been pitching some of my songs to other artists from the road. It’s kinda fun actually! I am also in the works to do some of MY OWN shows out on the road after this tour is over. BUT there is a possibility of OZ to be extended, so I am trying to work BOTH my shows and the musical’s shows into the schedule. We shall see…..
