The Sun reports Justin Timberlake’s girlfriend Cameron Diaz was spotted in a romantic clinch with married TV producer Shane Nickerson while the *NSYNC star prepared to go into hospital for a throat operation. Witness Oscar Duran said: “Cameron wrapped her arms around the guy and started kissing him on the mouth. They stood kissing for a good three minutes.” Diaz’s publicist Brad Cafarelli furiously denied any romance, insisting, “Shane Nickerson is a friend of Cameron’s and a valued associate who works with her on her MTV show ['Trippin'']. They do not have any sort of romantic relationship whatsoever.”
