In Touch magazine reports that after Christina Aguilera showed off big cleavage walking the catwalk in Milan in June and bulged out of her MTV Video Music Awards outfit, some are speculating the pop tart has gotten implants. “There’s definitely a lto more roundness and definition,” Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Steven Varkony told the mag. “Not so fast says stylist George Blodwell, who says Aguilera could be “wearing cutlets or have her breasts taped together.”
