Oh I so glad Dido is back!!!!!!!!! I love her, she is such a good songwriter and her voice is very unique.

Dido is awesome. She has beautiful songs, with a beautiful voice to match. I prefer singers with more unique voices (Dido, Britney, Gwen, Brandy, Fiona Apple, etc) than those with the ‘traditional’ powerhouse voice (Whitney, Mariah, etc). Everyone has their own personal preference and that’s mine.
^^exactly. the unique is what I go 4 and not because I’m a Britney fan but its better to hear. its enticing (sp?) the power-house voice is all good and well but typical. how many wannabe Mariah’s and Whitney’s have we seen over the years. unique means you do it your own way, you are not compared to so and so and blah blah blah. and most with the unique voice are usually the performers.
err Hotstuff who ever said I kiss Tina’s ass because of her power house voice. I love her voice for sure but that is not the main thing, I am mainly a fan of Christina because she is edgy and very confident with herself. Her music sounds different every time too, it doesn’t sound the same and that is what artists should be like. Just like Madonna, you should evolve with every album and not be afraid to try doing r&b , rock or any other genre.
She performed this song on the Pepsi Concert, not bad, it’s actually kind of cool, and patriotic. I like this song. Actually, somebody releases a single, with something to say, other than…..about bling bling, or showing fake boobs or corny dance moves.
