Kurtis Mantronik tells The Herald Sun he wanted to show another side to Kylie Minogue on her new album ‘Body Language’, delivering the Aussie ‘Promises’ and ‘Obsession’, arguably the most revealing songs of her career. “I wanted to take Kylie a little deeper and create something a little more intense,” Mantronik said. “Her last album was great, but I wanted to make this one more full-on.” Despite his input, Mantronik declined Minogue’s offer to produce the entire ‘Body Language’ album. “It was a great honor for me,” he said. “But she is such a huge star. I didn’t want to take responsibility.”
