The singer has been eating a healthier diet consisting of chicken, vegetables, fish and fruit while hitting the pool several times a week to do underwater leg lifts, arm circles, and squats. “It tones her arms, legs, and butt,” says her trainer Patricia Gay, who added, “Mariah loves the water. Pool or ocean.” Her hairstylist Roque says, “Mariah is growing her hair. I took it blonder, too.”
