Divorced For The Holidays
With Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey ending their three year marriage, and Britney Spears and Kevin Federline’s marriage on shaky ground, celebrity divorce lawyer Neil Hersh tells TMZ.com he isn’t surprised by the state of celebrity splits during the holidays. “This is the time of year when a lot of people, including celebrities, reflect on their lives, where they’ve been and where they’re going,” he explained. “If a marriage isn’t working, it becomes clearer than ever during the holidays.” Hersh joked, “It’s a way to avoid expensive gifts.”
