Jeannette Walls of MSNBC.com is wondering whether Cynthia Bell, the flight attendant who gave testimony helping Michael Jackson, has a conflict of interest. Walls says that Bell works for Xtra Jet, which has ties to Michael Jackson. It’s owned by the son of porn distributor Stan Loeb. Loeb is a business associate of Fred Schaffel, the gay porn producer who also worked for Jackson. Because Schaffel is suing Jackson, the suspicion is that he’d like to see the King of Pop get acquitted to make sure he’s still making money. Walls didn’t mention that Jackson, when he was represented by Mark Geragos, planned to sue Xtra Jet for taping his flight when he originally turned himself in on the child molestation charges.
