Dr. Phil was on the phone with Ryan Seacrest of KIIS FM in Los Angeles on Thursday (October 4) to talk about how he has tried to reach out to Britney Spears but has been rebuffed by the singer’s people. “This is a girl who can turn this around, but she has to have someone look her in the eye and tell her the truth,” he told Ryan. “I would be willing to sit down with her.
